What is the purpose of the variables (powerUpName , powerUpPrice and powerUpDamage) as price and damages of every types of power-up are mentioned in the statement? Will they change?

No, the variables powerUpName, powerUpPrice and powerUpDamage won't change, they will have fixed values as mentioned in the problem statement. As of now and throughout this contest, they won't serve any purpose. And as for why they exist, it is there to extend this game to a league based challenge in the future, where the values of these variables won't be constant anymore
